Client is looking for candidates who has the DNS or Unix admin experience we are looking for. The candidates must have extensive DNS experience (includes designing and architecting DNS solutions), strong knowledge of Unix/RedHat/ CentOS, and also Cable industry knowledge.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for advanced, cross-functional technical leadership and advisement of ongoing design, development, implementation, and operations of carrier-grade domain name system (DNS) platforms, customer premises equipment (CPE) activation, configuration, and operations platforms/applications and their associated operating systems, databases, and dependencies
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Assigned complex and critical projects that involve several technical systems and constituents
Advanced design, implementation, monitoring, enhancement and troubleshooting of DNS and CPE systems
Analyze and revise existing system logic and documentation as necessary; advise on improvements
Validate and advises on DNS platform architecture and designs
Develop and curate scripts to aid in configuring, maintaining, and operating DNS and CPE platforms
Review and validate system designs
Mentor and guide other technical staff
Perform other duties as requested by manager
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to maintain and administer UNIX-based platforms, including performance tuning, package installation, patch management, network and server management tasks
Expert knowledge of troubleshooting tools (i.e tcpdump, netstat, iostat, traceroute, snoop)
Expert experience with carrier-grade monitoring applications
Expert understanding of LAN/WAN topology, network protocols (TCP/IP, FTP, NFS), switches and firewalls
Experience activating, configuring, and maintaining CPE per the DOCSIS, PacketCable, TR-069, and SNMP specifications
Expert comprehension and demonstrated application of knowledge of the IPv4, IPv6, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, and TFTP protocols
Advanced knowledge of development tools and frameworks including Shell, Python, Perl, Java, C/C++, TCL, PHP, Ruby
EDUCATION
Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline, or equivalent experience

JOB SCOPE
High level individual contributor responsible for supporting Network Back Office component of Charter Mobile Platform. It involves supporting applications, and associated technologies including CBRS, DSDS and eSIM,.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting daily operations under pressure and meet strict deadlines is a must. Duties includes break/fixes, upgrades, installations and monitoring of the Mobile Network Back Office system.
- Advanced skills in methodical, logical and process driven troubleshooting of platforms, architectures and systems
- Able to lead an outage bridge. Excellent technical skills including strong problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced ability to create detailed documentation of architectures, designs, processes, iMOPS, procedures and systems. Including ability to lead design sessions with other engineers to develop sound solutions.
- App installation from Scratch and Load Balancer setup experience.

Position: Project Manager Eng III – Release Management
Location: Denver, CO (onsite from Day one)
Duration: 6 Months CTH
JOB SCOPE
Responsible for leading all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and serves as the main point of contact for those projects. Takes projects end to end from original concept through final implementation. Monitors and drives project performance by implementing project management best practices. This position will support the Network Operations Provisioning Application Provisioning Team with the project management and release management area.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Release Management
· Working with Development and Deployment teams for prioritization, scheduling and deployment of changes to production environments
· Planning and executing major releases
· Manage internal release communications to all release stakeholders
· Conduct Release Readiness , Milestone , and Business Go/No-Go reviews
· Creating Change request in remedy and working with change management team for approvals
· Hosting Stand up with deployment teams
· Supporting deployments over-night and on weekends (if needed)
· Incident Management
· Hosting weekly stand up for incident review with leads, drive root cause discussions, come up with incident prevention plan
· Prepare and distribute project progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned project.
· Coordinating with other Project Managers, internal and external Stakeholders.
